As long term Menehune Shores owners ourselves, we know that the above items can be a cause for concern and frustration for both the owner and the renter. As on-site (at Menehune Shores) and on-island representatives, Maui Menehune Aloha LLC. will minimize the occurrence and undesired nuisance to you of these frustrations.
1. Pre and post renter inspection of units for damage and needs. Including:
A. Paperwork and parking passes
B. Low-suds laundry detergent in room and on demand.
2. Monitoring the quality of, coordinating, and scheduling housekeeping and maintenance staff.
3. Routine checks of small and large appliances and convenience items desired, and requested, by regular rental clientele: e.g.
A. TV’s, DVD, CD players, and their remote controls, as well as coffee makers, coffee grinders, blenders, food processors, hairdryers and other convenience items.
B. Checking for proper functioning of lights, fans, plumbing fixtures and built in major appliances such as stoves, dishwashers, washer/dryers, garbage disposals and refrigerators.
C. Checking of bedding, pillows, linens, for number and wear.
D. Checking furniture, carpets, windows, curtains and screens for maintenance needs.
E. Have available for you and your clientele, on a 24hr basis, forgotten “door codes” and replacement for “lost pool keys.”
4. Maui Menehune Aloha LLC. will shop for replacement of any faulty items (small appliances, linens, dishes, etc.) to try to negate any inconvenience to you or your clientele.
5. Additionally, we will, from time to time, offer “unpressured” suggestions as to upgrades that could be done to make your unit even more attractive and desirable.
